No. The tools run directly in your browser so you can start from any modern device without installing extra apps.
You can use Extract, Merge, Split, Fill, Redact, and Password tools, each with focused workflows for common document tasks.
Basic actions work on mobile, but desktop browsers provide the best experience for multi-page editing and large files.
Yes. Free access is available with limits. Pro plans unlock larger files, higher volume workflows, and advanced features.
PDF processing is designed to happen in your browser. The app does not require uploading your documents for core editing tasks.
No server-side file storage is used for processing output in the standard workflow.
Yes, limited account and subscription metadata are stored to run authentication and billing features.
Yes, site traffic is served over HTTPS so data sent between your browser and the site uses encrypted transport.
See the Privacy Policy and Terms pages for current policy details and updates.
Open the Merge tool, add files, arrange order, and export one combined document.
Use the Split tool and choose single-page or custom ranges to generate new documents from selected pages.
Use the Extract tool, select the pages you need, and download a new PDF containing only those pages.
Yes. In the Redact tool, use Redact mode to drag black-out rectangles on the page (small clicks still create a default box). Select a box to move, resize, or delete it with the corner handles. Switch to Pan when zoomed in so you can scroll the page in any direction; in Redact mode the page stays fixed so drawing stays precise. Your download burns the black areas into the PDF.
Yes. Open the Password tool and pick Add password or Remove password in the toolbar. The active mode is highlighted like other tools. The form sits above the page preview. Encryption and decryption run in your browser. Password-protected files cannot show a first-page preview until you unlock them; remove the password first if you need a thumbnail, or add a password only on a file that is not already encrypted.
Fill has two workflows. Form fields: on the Form fields tab, click AcroForm widgets on the preview to select them and type directly on the page (you can also use the field panel). Use Pan when zoomed to move the page; the preview does not scroll while you are selecting fields. Place text: on the Place text tab, tap the page to drop a text mark, type inline, and use the handles to move, resize, or delete. Long lines grow the box until the page width; press Enter only when you want a new line.
Scanned PDFs usually have no built-in form fields. Use Fill PDF → Place text to position text visually. If the file does have AcroForm fields, use Form fields and click each box on the preview.

Open your Account page and use the billing portal link to manage cancellation or payment details.
Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing period.
Yes. You can change plans through the billing portal depending on available plan options.

Try reloading the page, using a smaller file, or running the task in Chrome or Edge. Very large files can require more memory.
Some PDFs include unusual fonts, form formats, or scanner artifacts that can affect rendering across tools.
Complex or large documents use more browser memory and CPU. Closing other tabs or reducing page range can help.
No. Because processing happens in-browser without file uploads, unsaved work is usually lost when the tab is closed.
Use the Contact page to send details. Include the tool used, expected behavior, and what happened.
