By accessing or using WorkstationPDF, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
WorkstationPDF provides browser-based PDF tools. Core PDF processing runs locally in your browser; our backend is used for accounts, subscriptions, payments, and operational features described in our Privacy Policy and Architecture page. Features and limits vary by plan. We may update or discontinue features from time to time.
3. Privacy and compliance
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not claim that the service satisfies HIPAA, SOC 2, or any specific regulatory regime. You are responsible for how you use the product in your own environment and obligations.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for account activity and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
- You can manage payment method and cancellation through the billing portal.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Lifetime Offer Terms
If offered, lifetime access may be capped to a fixed number of buyers. Once sold out, new lifetime purchases may be unavailable.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Interfere with service integrity or availability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkstationPDF and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
